We are very happy to receive constructive comments and suggestions for improving our service to patients. Similarly, if you have a complaint we will deal with it in a constructive way. Please speak to one of our receptionists in the first instance, or to our reception manager. They will do their best to deal with your complaint there and then. For complaints which you feel have not been satisfactorily resolved by speaking to one of the receptionists, please speak or write to our practice manager, or email email@example.com Alternatively, you can fill in one of our suggestion forms and leave your contact details so that we may respond to you.
