Autumn COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations 2024.

We have been sending invitations to eligible patients to book their Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations at the surgery.

Eligible groups this autumn are
– adults aged 65 years and over
– residents in a care home for older adults
– individuals aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group
– frontline NHS and social care workers, and those working in care homes for older people

If you have received an invite but can’t use the booking link, or haven’t received an invite but are eligible for the vaccine, please contact the surgery.
